Mission
To change lives one step at a time through the power of dance. Keeping youth off the streets and installing tools in each individual, to be, who they are and who they want to be. We focus on the power of leadership by having the students direct their peers; holding them responsible for what's expect as a leader.

There's order to everything with reverence to God in all honesty, diligence, steadfastness and loyalty. Staff
Marcellus Love - CEO, Coach, choreographer, director; is a hip hop dance instructor who grew up in Louisville’s Smoketown neighborhood and spent countless hours at Presbyterian Community Center. After graduating from the Atherton High School, Love went through the ChangeMakers program that focused on career development, civic leadership, mentoring and academic enrichment. This program helped Marcellus to understand how he could impact his neighborhood and community through dance, but also through this own educational goals. For years he has been the coach of Str8Diamonds an award winning dance team. He is currently works as a youth program leader at Shawnee arts and Cultural Community Center as well as a dance instructor for the newly formed Kentucky Center ArtsReach Dance Ensemble.
Senora Ford - Chair Member, Graduated from University of Louisville with a masters in business and administration. Ms Ford, is formerly employed with Louisville Metro ,Government for 24 years. She is happily married to Samuel Ford for 23 years and have 1 daughter who currently in the studio. She has volunteered at numerous facility and programs such as, Western Middle School booster club, visual arts and team parent on the dance team and chairman for Girl Scouts of Kentuckiana. She love to volunteer because it gives her a chance to give back to the community and spend quality time with her daughter. She feels kids perform better when they know that their parent are supporting their efforts, interested in some of their special interest and show a sense of involvement. |
